I worked with the director of the Piet Zwart Institute in Rotterdam, The Netherlands to design an identity for their Masters of Interior Architecture studio titled FABRIKAAT. The studio, named for a Dutch word meaning to make by hand, asked the question “In the digital age, what can be learned through the act of making?” and the projects were influenced by residential gardens. The identity was inspired by the concept of craft-based design to complement the students’ work.

FABRIKAAT was selected for exhibition at the Ventura Lambrate during the Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2012, Milan Italy. I designed the environmental graphics and promotional materials, including the website, for this event.
